
Meet the Chef

I am Veronique, a native of Paris, France.
I grew up in the french tradition where bread and pastry recipes were passed down from generation to generation. They were made fresh daily with love!
My passion for baking came alive in 2015. I wanted to recreate the french pastries from my childhood that I was missing. I enrolled in a local college with an extensive baking program. My teacher was a French chef who taught in the authentic European tradition. My passion for baking and bringing a taste of Europe was able to come true!



My Mission

My mission is to create an incredible, authentic culinary experience.
I want each bite of buttery, flaky, taste of heaven to melt in your mouth!
I use only the freshest ingredients like European butter, almonds, and fresh fruits.
I will strive to provide my customers the best quality baked items with no chemical additives.

Products

All pickups and deliveries need to be placed at least by the
Sunday before the 1st or 3rd Tuesday/Wednesday of every month.
(All of our items are made in a commercial kitchen.)
Pickups will be on that 1st and 3rd Tuesday/Wednesday of every month,
from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, at our commercial kitchen, located at:
Hunter’s Cafe and Bakery, 31 E MacArthur Crescent STE 101, Santa Ana, CA 92707.
When selecting a "Date To Fulfill Order," while placing an order,
select the Saturday before the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month from the drop-down list
Deliveries will be made on request if pre-ordered 2 days in advance and upon availability.

Your order must be a minimum of $20.00 and be within 8 miles of our kitchen for delivery
(If your delivery address is out of range, the submission form will not allow you to continue).
Delivery Fee: $10.00 for orders over $20.00 and *free* for orders over $40.00.
Once your items are delivered and received, they cannot be returned due to health and hygiene considerations.
